An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) presents independently verified information about a product’s environmental impacts across defined life-cycle stages. It includes indicators such as global-warming potential, resource use, waste and end-of-life impacts. An EPD reports environmental data; it does not certify that a product is environmentally superior.

FSC® and PEFC™ certification relate to forest management and the traceability of forest-based materials through the supply chain. Chain of Custody certification allows eligible certified material to be tracked from its source through manufacturing and distribution.

Timber used in products not supplied with FSC® or PEFC™ certification is procured in accordance with applicable timber-legality requirements. We maintain supplier, origin and supply-chain documentation supporting the legality and traceability of the timber.

FloorScore® is an indoor-air-quality certification that assesses VOC emissions from flooring products.

The French Émissions dans l’air intérieur A+ classification indicates very low emissions of volatile pollutants into indoor air. Ratings range from A+, representing very low emissions, to C, representing higher emissions.
