Forestry Timber has started 2026 strongly, beginning on the international stage at DOMOTEX in Hannover, Germany, before continuing momentum with private showcases at The International Surface Event (TISE) in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Together, these two prestigious events gave us the opportunity to strengthen existing partner relationships, forge new connections, and take the pulse of the global flooring market.
Leading the Year at DOMOTEX
Our year began in Hannover, Germany, at DOMOTEX, one of the flooring industry’s most influential events. Bringing together manufacturers, distributors, designers, and professionals from around the world, the exhibition provided the ideal platform to showcase Forestry Timber’s latest developments. Positioned in a prime foot-traffic zone with a 270 m² stand—one of the largest at the show—we had an ideal space to present our newest innovations.

Visitors responded enthusiastically to the signature elements that define our collections: authentic European oak character, refined surface treatments, and engineered constructions designed for stability and reliability. Wide planks and natural tonal variation drew particular interest, reflecting the market’s continued preference for floors that combine visual warmth with contemporary simplicity. After a two-year hiatus, reconnecting with long-standing friends, partners, and clients felt especially rewarding, and we are thrilled that many of these conversations have already led to confirmed orders.
One of the highlights of our stand was the first public preview of our upcoming Versailles Tiles. Crafted in an impressive 1050mm × 1050mm format with a 20mm thickness, these large-format tiles bring a bold, architectural presence while combining the elegance of classic European parquet with modern durability. Designed for luxury residential and high-end commercial projects, the tiles offer a curated palette of six distinctive colours, each delivering refined character and timeless appeal. Attendees were particularly excited by the scale and versatility of this new addition, marking an exciting glimpse of what’s to come from Forestry Timber.
We also highlighted the Shrunken Knots in our Heritage Collection (Bath, Bratislava, Ghent, Graz, Lviv, Riga, Rome, Vilnius). These natural features, formed where branches once grew, create subtle recesses that add depth and texture, giving each plank unique character and a warm, lived-in elegance.
DOMOTEX also offered the chance to strengthen existing relationships while introducing Forestry Timber to new markets. Its international reach allowed engagement with professionals from across Europe, Asia, and beyond, providing valuable insight to ensure our product direction remains aligned with real-world needs. We were particularly honoured that loyal clients from the USA visited our stand, even knowing they would see us again the following week in Las Vegas which was a true testament to the strength of our partnerships and shared vision. The event reaffirmed the power of in-person connection and showcased the growing enthusiasm for craftsmanship, colour, and innovation within our collections. We left DOMOTEX inspired and excited for what lies ahead.

Continued Momentum at TISE
Following DOMOTEX, our team headed to Las Vegas for a two-day showcase during The International Surface Event.
Set in a private villa, we highlighted our latest innovations across the Heritage, River, and Versailles Tiles collections. It was a busy and productive couple of days, and once again, we enjoyed reconnecting with clients from the USA and South America, strengthening relationships and sharing our newest offerings in person.
Together, DOMOTEX and TISE have set a strong and inspiring tone for 2026, from reconnecting with long-standing partners to introducing new innovations to global audiences. As we move forward, Forestry Timber is excited to build on this momentum, continuing to shape the future of the industry with collaboration, craftsmanship, and design excellence.
